Abstract:

Based on the actual information of rainstorm and flood in the Gutian River Basin in June 2017, the accuracy of global forecasting system(GFS) rainfall forecast was analyzed from the inspection of meteorological quality and relative error of forecasting during flood season. The flood forecast based on GFS rainfall forecast was carried out. The results show that the forecast accuracy and forecast period of flood are obviously improved combined with GFS rainfall forecast compared with that of uncombined GFS.
