Abstract:

In order to reduce the power consumption rate of the auxiliary machine during shutdown of the 6FA gas turbine combined cycle unit in night, and improve the economic performance of the gas turbine units’ running mode which is running by day and stop by night, the shutdown cooling water pump is used to replace the closed cooling water pump during the nightly shutdown. The measure reduced the operating costs of the unit. After the optimization, the nightly power consumption rate of auxiliary mechanical was reduced from the 35.0% to 22.8%, and the cost was reduced by 8562 yuan per month.
