Cause analysis of highlevel dissolved oxygen in condensate water of a 660MW unit

Abstract

Abstract:

In the daily operation of condensing units, highlevel dissolved oxygen in condensate water will affect the economy and safety of the unit. In the addressing process onhighlevel dissolved oxygen in condensate water of a power plant, the vacuum tightness, supercooling degree, mechanical sealing of the condensate pump, valve sealing and other aspects are investigated one by one to detect the direct factors affecting this index. Some suggestions are provide as references in dealing with similar cases.
