Discussion on operation and maintenance management mode of centralized cooling/heating system in thermal power plant

Abstract:

Most modern largescale thermal power plants adopt centralized control mode for their operation management. Spot inspection combined with regular maintenance is commonly used in the equipment maintenance management. With the widespread application of energyefficient centralized cooling/heating systems with water source heat pump in thermal power plants, there is contradiction between existing management method and the operation and maintenance management of complex equipment system. The overall outsourcing operation is put forward as the operation and maintenance method for HVAC system of the thermal power plant. The advantages and disadvantages of this management method are analyzed and the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed. Practice has proved that this management method can ensure the higher reliability and economy of the HVAC system operation.
