Abstract:

It introduces the application of lowtemperature gasgas heater (LGGH) in thermal power plants. In order to solve the existing defects such as leakage, corrosion and blockage, it is necessary to improve the monitoring, analysis and adjustment during operation. During overhaul period, it is necessary to optimize the flow guide plate at the entrance of the cooler, to clean, check, flush, troubleshoot , measure and evaluate the heat exchanger, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the lowtemperature gasgas heater.
