Abstract:

It analyzes the causesof abnormal sound of the singleseries quadsector rotary air preheater during the installation and commissioning. By checking the bearings and the contact surfaces and reinforcing the supporting structure, major hidden dangers affecting the operation of the units can be eliminated. It provides reference for the installation and debugging of same type air preheater in new power plants.
