Abstract:

When Huadian Weifang Power Generation Company Limited took part in an antiwear and explosionproof inspection on a secondphase power plant boiler, it was found that the lowtemperature reheater suffered a serious blowing. Inspection on the heating area was carried out to found out whether the narrow spacing between the soot blower and the tube rows, the installation defect of protecting tile were the key factors causing blowing loss on the heating surface. According to these factors, the optimized installation process of the upper protecting tile, the installation of the “L” shield at the lower part, and reduce the frequency of soot blows are recommended.
