Abstract:

According to the reformation project of coalcontained wastewater treatment in Dalian Power Plant of Huaneng Power International Company Limited, a new coalcontaining wastewater treatment system is compared with the old one. It expounds the deficiency of domestic coal wastewater treatment technology in actual operation. It also introduces the treatment principle, process flow, energy saving, emission reduction effect of the new treatment system and the technical advantages of the new system. At the same time, problems in the actual operation of the system are analyzed and solved by data access and field test. Reasonable suggestions are put forward to make further improvement on the efficiency and safety of the whole system. The continuous addition of flocculating agent is solved and the economic performance is improved.The proposed optimization scheme reduces security risks, improves treatment efficiency and improves treatment effect.
