Abstract:

After the ultralow emission reform on 2×660MW units in a power plant, the power consumption for desulfurization of the #4 unit is 0.2~0.3 percentage point higher than that of the #3 unit. Through analysis, it is determined that the high power consumption for desulfurization of the #4 unit is caused by the uneven gas flow field in the clean gas pipe and the inaccurate measurement of the flue gas by continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS). According to the analysis results, the baffle is added, reasonable sampling position is reselected and sampling probe is prolonged. After the reform, the measurement accuracy of CEMS is obviously improved, which can meet the requirements of operational monitoring and environmental monitoring. Energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious.
