Abstract:

Because of the high integrated energy utilization efficiency, low energy transmission loss and environmental protection, gas distributed energy stations have been vigorously advocated by the government and power generation enterprises in recent years.However, limited by natural gas price, electricity price and other conditions, profitability of distributed energy stations is considerably low. The key to solve this problem is getting preferential policies of natural gas price and electricity price and taking technical methods for intelligent construction, which includes modern information technology,big data processing technology,IoT, automatic power plant startup and shutdown system(APS),integrated management and control platform,etc.Enterprise production automation, management digitization and scientific decision makingare based on intelligent construction. And integrated management and control platform contributes to the diversifiedenergy services forenergy users, increasing of energy utilization rate and improvement of enterprises profitability.To improve the competitiveness of distributed energy suppliers and their service level, a scheme of realizing intelligent construction of distributed energy station by scientific methods is proposed. Intelligent construction of distributed energy stations will promote the operational model innovation and sustainable development of energy enterprises.
