Antiswaying measures for PZQ1400 flattop tower crane slewing mechanism

Abstract

Abstract:

Largescale flattop tower cranes are widely used in largescale construction projects of thermal power, hydropower and nuclear power. It is very important to diminish the swaying of large flattop tower crane slewing mechanism for the safe and accurate lifting. The causes of the swaying of the large flattop tower crane slewing mechanism are analyzed. Two antisway measures taken by the PZQ1400 and the parameter adjustment process onsite are introduced. Finally,a favorable braking effect is achieved, and the swaying of large flattop tower crane slewing mechanism is diminished effectively. 
