Abstract:

There is difference between the heat transfer coefficient of the phase transformation zone and that of the single phrase zone in the evaporator of steam waste heat type organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system.There may be errors in calculating the heat transfer area using conventional design methods.The heat transfer area of the evaporator can be calculated by the basic method of heat transfer, and the heat transfer performance can be evaluated based on the test data.The results show that the evaporator could meet the heat transfer requirements of the system. It can provide reference for the design of evaporator in ORC power generating system.
