Abstract:

Targeting at the unqualification of dust concentration of coal handling system in coalfired power plants, the causes of dust generation in coal handling system are analyzed which are air flow in guiding grooves and vibration of belts. According to environmental conditions and coalburning characteristics, the technical scheme for guiding groove, water sprayer and coal dropping pipe is proposed. The transformation has achieved good dustremoval results and provides reference for the comprehensive treatment of dust in the coal handling system of thermal power plants.
