Design and application of twoway cleaning device for the head of belt conveyor

Abstract

Abstract:

The common belt conveyors head cleaner used in thermal power units have poor cleaning effect and limited application. By analyzing the structural characteristics and design defects of the head cleaners,a twoway cleaner with special cutter head,locking sleeve,compensation and retraction device is designed.The cleaner is of simple structure,convenient adjustment and good cleaning effect.
