Energysaving transformation of vacuum pump in 660MW steam turbine generator set

Abstract:

With the improvement of national energy conservation and emission reduction requirements, power companies urgently need to transform the equipment with high energy consumption to improve the economy. In order to improve the operating efficiency of the vacuum pump in No.4 unit, Wangting Power Generation Branch of Jiangsu Huadian Energy Company Limited connects the lowpower 3stage variable frequency regulation Roots vacuum pump and the liquid ring pump in series, which forms an intelligent speedregulating mechanical vacuum pump unit. The liquid ring pumps are arranged side by side. The actual operation shows that the highefficiency vacuum pump set can realize intelligent speed regulation and can maintain or even improve the vacuum degree of the condenser in operation. After the transformation, the unit can save electricity consumption and coal consumption which are worth 1.249 million yuan a year in total. In the same year, the transformation cost can be recovered, and the economic benefits are very significant.
