Reasons analysis for tube blasting and preventive measures for superheater of 1000MW supercritical boiler

Abstract

Abstract:

For a 1000MW ultrasupercritical boiler after ignition and gridconnected to full load in a plant, there was a leakage accident due to the blasting pipe in high temperature superheater. Through metallographic examination, cause analysis and orifice inspectation, the reason for the tube burst in high temperature superheater is determined and relevant countermeasure is made, which has certain reference and guiding significance for the same type supercritical boiler in preventing tube bust and safe operation.
