Abstract:
The vibration of an industrial water system pump in a power station within gas turbines can not be completely solved after repeated maintenance. After malfunction elimination step by step, the cause of the pump vibration is considered to be the system.Through analysis, the power frequency pump flow and the abundance for the head is oversize, which is not suitable for the soaring of instantaneous flow.It is the main cause of the vibration. The measure of cutting blade disks of power frequency pumps is taken to reduce the outlet pressure and flow. After the transformation, the pump vibration meets the standard requirements and the power frequency pump current decreases, which achieves the purpose of energy saving.
