Abstract: Some problems of multiring coal feeder of coal handling system, such as the insufficient output of the coal feeder, the coal leakage and serious wear of travelling wheel and coal bearing platform, were analyzed. Several optimal reformation schemes were put forward. The coal feeder had been reformed, and satisfactory effect was obtained.
