Analysis and treatment of overvibration of bearing bush in turbine rolling process

Abstract: In the Lianzhou Power Plant of Guangdong Lianzhou Yuelian Power Plant Company Limited, at the process of AC and DC oil pump test of the turbine lubrication oil system of unit No.2, the overpressure valve of the lubrication oil system was unable to reset normally and quickly; and this leaded to low oil pressure and tripping of the steam turbine. After this, in two times hotstate rolling processes of the steam turbine, the vibration of bearing bush No.1 was exceeded the standard, the turbine had been tripped. The main reasons of this fault and the exposed problems were analyzed, and the relevant preventive measures were put forward, which can be used as reference for other power plants.
