Abstract: Abstract:The energy structure features of China were analyzed. Starting from the angles of improving the energy efficiency, reducing the pollutant emission and protecting the environment, under the premise of ensuring economy development and reducing pollutant emission, an idea of “end treatment of stock assets and beforehand control of new increment assets” was put forward. It was suggested to establish the energy efficiency examination mechanism with indexes of region GDP value per kW•h electric energy consumption and energy consumption per 10000 yuan GDP. In addition, the utilization of the renewable energy must be increased. Above measures can propel progress of energy efficiency of China.
