Abstract:The energy structure features of China were analyzed. Starting from the angles of improving the energy efficiency, reducing the pollutant emission and protecting the environment, under the premise of ensuring economy development and reducing pollutant emission, an idea of “end treatment of stock assets and beforehand control of new increment assets” was put forward. It was suggested to establish the energy efficiency examination mechanism with indexes of region GDP value per kW•h electric energy consumption and energy consumption per 10000 yuan GDP. In addition, the utilization of the renewable energy must be increased. Above measures can propel progress of energy efficiency of China.

Abstract:The composition of secondary virtual circuit of smart substation was introduced. Referring to the description method of primary topology of the substation, the virtual secondary circuit objects of the secondary equipments and their circuit connection relations were expounded. A set of description methods of secondary virtual circuit object information model for smart substation was established, which provides model foundation for the visual state monitoring and the realization of various advanced application functions of the secondary virtual circuit of the smart substation.

Abstract:According to the rust prevention requirement of the pipes of rotating electric machines in nuclear power stations, a detailed phosphating technology process was developed.The problems occurred in implement of the technology process, such as the overetching, the unevenness of phosphating film and the rerust after phosphorization, were researched experimentally, and the optimal proportion of the acid washing liquid and the best phosphorization agent were obtained. The problem of rerust after phosphorization was solved. The results in this paper provide reference for phosphating of similar equipments in nuclear power stations.

Abstract:The power system economic dispatch is multiobjective, and in practice, the importance of each objective function is different. Aiming at above situation, a fuzzy linear weighting method for solving economic dispatch problem of power system was proposed. In this method, the linear weighting method is used in the membership functions of each objective function to solve the economic dispatch problems of power system, and the Lingo software is used in example simulation. The solutions of the fuzzy linear weighting method and the minimax method were compared, and the comparison results show that the fuzzy linear weighting method is more suitable for practical problems.

Abstract:A method to import and export the virtual terminal information used in commissioning and reconstruction of smart substation was introduced. The first step is to write the virtual terminal information into a fixedfield format file. Sequently, the virtual terminal information can be imported by oneclicked operation. Then the virtual terminal configuration of whole substation is accomplished. After this, the virtual terminal information file can be exported by oneclicked operation. Using the file, it is convenient to rewrite the virtual terminal connection relation in smart substation reconstruction and to backup the virtual terminal connection relation. The engineering practice shows that using the function, the workload of virtual terminal configuration of a smart substation was reduced considerably.

Abstract:The experimental research of coal sulfur content variation for the lean coalfired units and bituminous coalfired units was carried out while the emission of the desulphurization system was ensured to meet related standard. The influence of the variation of coal sulfur content on the hightemperature corrosion of the boiler system and the operating cost of the desulphurization system were analyzed comprehensively. The influence of coal sulfur content on the economic efficiency of the coalfired boiler and the desulphurization system was grasped. The results in this paper provide reference for enterprises to improve the environmental protection level and the economic benefit of power units.

Abstract:Several technologies, such as the dosing reaction sedimentation, the magnetic water circulating cross flow and the microfiltration, were combined adopted to treat the reverse osmosis concentrated water. The product water indexes are as below: hardness (expressed as CaCO3) ≤300mg/L, turbidity <5NTU, which meet the requirements of file GB/T 19923—2005 “The Reuse of Urban Recycling Water:Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses”. Abstract:The problems, which occurred in operation of incoming air filtration system of 9Etype gas turbine of Inner Mongolia Sulige Gas Power Generation Company Limited, were introduced. The reformation scheme was proposed. Based on comparison of operation parameters and reformation effect, the influence of incoming air pressure loss of the gas turbine on the unit performance was analyzed. After the reformation, the service lives of the filter element and the compressor blade were lengthened. The maintenance cost was reduced, and the unit performance was improved obviously.

Abstract:The light intelligent towerclimbing equipment, as manriding climbing equipment, is mainly used for climbing UHV/EHV transmission towers. The equipment consists of towerclimbing device and guide rail. Depending on the UHV transmission tower of AnhuitoShanghai 1000kV power transmission line, a holistic solution of operation, maintaining and repairing of the light intelligent towerclimbing equipment used in UHV tower was presented. The equipments were installed and used in four towers, and the using effects were favorable. The labor intensity of the workers was reduced, and the work efficiency was improved.

Abstract:Through the adjustment experiment of the coal mill system, the relationship of the coal fineness and the energy consumption of the mills with the opening degree of the splitter, the loading force, the output and the air volume was investigated. The operation parameters of the mills were optimized. The equilibrium of the coal-air ratio of the mills and the pulverized coal fineness were improved. The experiments of changing primary air flow, changing oxygen, changing secondary air and tertiary air and changing the burner air distribution mode were carried out, and according to the experiment results, the influence of the boiler operation parameters on the boiler efficiency were studied. Based on above experiments results, the operation parameters of the unit were optimized and adjusted. The problems of the unit in its operation, which include high combustible matter content in fly ash and the high exhaust gas temperature, were solved. The safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.

Abstract:The automatic bus transfer equipment for 110kV input line is almost used in terminal load substations. The bus differential protection is not configured in these substations. The bus faults are permanent faults commonly. Under this condition, the automatic bus transfer equipment did not be locked out and acted to switch the standby power on the failed bus, which caused impact on the transformer repeatedly. Taking the automatic bus transfer equipment for single bus segmentation input line as example, it was proposed to investigate the input side line current and to judge the bus fault according to the variation of the input line current, and the judge result can be used as decision condition to lock out the automatic bus transfer equipment.

Abstract:In startup process of the 1000MW unit of a power plant, when the rotate speed of the turbine increased to 3000r/min, the lubricating oil pressure became lower, and the currents of the AC lubricating oil pump and the startup oil pump became larger. The unit was shut down for inspection. It was found by inspection inside the lubricating oil box that the plug of the inlet pipe of the oil turbine booster pump from the main oil pump outlet fell out, which caused the output of the oil turbine booster pump of the lubricating oil system to be insufficient. The plug was reinstalled and fixed, and the fault was eliminated.

Abstract:The general situation of reclaimed water reuse in Huaneng Beijing Cogeneration Corporation Limited was introduced. Considering the limit of site area, the lower input water turbidity and the smaller reserved capacity of the support equipments, the HW clarifying tank was selected to replace the circular clarifying tank. The technological process of the project and the main design parameters of each processing unit were expounded. After the HW clarifying technology was adopted, when the input water flow reaches to the design flow, the turbidity of the output water of the HW clarifying tank is between 0.4NTU and 0.9NTU, which meets the requirement of the design standard.

Abstract:In order to improve efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator and to ensure flue gas dust emission to meet the standard requirement, the electrostatic precipitator was reformed. The working principle and the features of the electrostatic precipitator with movable pole plate were expounded. The reformation content of the electrostatic precipitator with movable pole plate of unit No.10 in a power plant was introduced. After the reformation, the dust emission mass concentration in outlet of the desulphurization tower is 24.66mg/m3, amended to 6% oxygen, the emission mass concentration is 23.86mg/m3, which is lower than 30mg/m3, the standard upper limit. The expectant target of the reformation was realized.
