  • 1. Open Access Statement

    Integrated Intelligent Energy officially flipped to an open access journal under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license in 2022. All articles published by the journal since the first issue of 2022 are open access works. Upon publication, these articles are immediately accessible on the journal website free of charge to all users, and users may copy, distribute, and use these articles under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

    Articles published by the journal in 2021 and earlier are not open access, and their copyright is held by the Editorial Department of the journal. Articles from certain years are available for free PDF full-text download or HTML full-text reading on the journal's official website. However, the full texts of articles from some years are not yet available on our official website due to the age of the articles. If readers require access to these articles, they can visit databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) to obtain the full text of the relevant articles.


    2. Licensing Policy

    Integrated Intelligent Energy adopts the following user license: Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). For open access articles published by the journal, users may copy and distribute the articles in any medium and format provided that the license terms below are followed:

    When copying and distributing the open access articles published in the journal, users must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes to the article were made. Users may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the journal endorses the use. Users may not use the articles for commercial purposes. If users re-mix, transform, or build upon the article, they may not distribute the modified article. The full details of the license are available at:

    3. Copyright Policy

    All authors submitting to the journal are required to sign a Copyright Transfer Agreement. According to this agreement, after an article is accepted by the journal, the copyright of the entire article, as well as figures, tables, abstracts, and other extractable parts of the article, will be transferred to the Editorial Department of Integrated Intelligent Energy, including but not limited to the following rights: reproduction right, distribution right, information network transmission right, performance right, translation right, compilation right, adaptation right, etc. After the article is published, the copyright will belong to the Editorial Department of the journal.


    4. Rights of Authors

    After an article is published in the journal, the author(s) of the article will have the right to use the article under the following circumstances:

    (1) Reproducing, disseminating, and using the article under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

    (2) The author(s) may quote or translate parts of the article in their subsequent works or compile it in their non-journalistic collections, provided that the year, month, volume and issue of the article's publication in the journal are indicated.

    (3) Using the article in other activities permitted and authorized by the Editorial Department.


    5. Self-archiving of Authors

    It is allowed for authors to deposit all versions of their articles in an institutional or other repository of the authors' choice. However, it is necessary to indicate the articles' publishing information in the metadata in the institutional or other repository and use that as a recommended way of citation.
