Abstract:After installing denitration equipment to a super critical 630MW unit of a power plant, resistance in airgas system was increased. Therefore, the induced draft fan got transformed form motordriven mode to steam driven mode. The paper introduced smallscale turbine thermal cycle system of reformed induced draft fan and the respective performance experiment, analyzed the internal efficiency of small turbine under different load levels. After the reformation, the whole system is sable and safe, with working capability enhanced. In this way, the electricity and coal consumption of the plant can be largely reduced, while the grid power and annual revenue will rise.

Abstract:In Hunan Huadian Changsha Power Generation Company Limited, in order to improve the fan operation efficiency, to reduce the fan’s power consumption and to reduce the maintenance cost, the reformation of merging the boiler induced draft fan and the desulphurization booster fan in one was carried out. The concrete content of the reformation was introduced. The hot test after reformation shows that the new induced draft fan can operate safely and stably under various conditions, and the station service power consumption rate was reduced greatly.

Abstract:Limestonegypsum wet FGD technology, lime or limestone as the desulfurizer, is mainly affected by raw limestone, unit’s running parameters and adjustable parameters. After reduction of the parameters, constrain adjustable parameters as slurry density, the pH value of the slurry and the calcium to sulfur ratio (Ca/S) within the optimal range of values, and the factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency are concluded as unit load, inlet SO2 concentration and slurry pump operating units. Threshold variable metric entropy fuzzy clustering (EFC) algorithm is proposed on base of the basic EFC, and its reliability is verified. The proposed algorithm is used for multiparameters’clustering on actual data within several typical load neighborhoods, to dig out the relationship between the inlet SO2 concentration, slurry pumps and the desulfurization efficiency according to different loads, furthermore, propose slurry circulating pump optimization scheduling scheme.

Abstract:Under the impact of the natural gas price, the feedin tariff and other factors, the natural gas power generation has not sufficient competitiveness. In our country, the current ongrid price of the gas power generation is the temporary ongrid price, which does not reflect the scarce resource, the environmental value and other external costs. The influences of the natural gas price and annual utilization hours on the economic efficiency of gas power generation were analyzed. Considering the peakvalley timeofuse power price and the environment value, the economic benefit of the gas power generation and the benefit of coalfired power generation were compared. Based on a guess and estimate, the rational grid purchase price of the gas power generation was put forward, which provides a reference for development of the gas power generation industry.

Abstract:There were serious ash deposition and blockage in the rotative air preheater of large thermal power units, and the heat exchange efficiency of the air preheater was reduced, the ventilation resistance was increased. In extreme case, the unit may be compelled to reduce the output. Based on research of the mechanisms of the ash deposition and the blockage of the air preheater, some preventive measures were proposed, which include to optimize the ammonia escape measurement system, to optimize the operation mode of the ammonia injection system, to reform the soot blowing system, to optimize operation mode of the soot blowing system, to optimize operation mode of steam air heater, to adopt corrosionresistant material for the lowtemperature heating surface and so on. The safe and economical operation of the unit was ensured.

Abstract:The variation of working condition of aircooling system in direct aircooling unit can impact on the exhaust steam pressure and then impact on the unit output power. According to the structure parameters and the operation parameters of the 600MW supercritical direct aircooled unit of a power plant, using the ηNTU method, a mathematic model of aircooling system working condition variation analysis was established. The variation rules of the exhaust steam pressure depending on the inlet air temperature, the exhaust steam heat load and the face air velocity were analyzed respectively. The influences of above factors on the unit output power were analyzed too. According to the influencing rules, the adjustment strategy of the speed and the air volume of the air fan was proposed, which provides a theoretical reference for improving the operation efficiency of the aircooled unit.

Abstract:The strength and rigidity finite element analysis for induced draft fan support translation project of the thermal power unit of Guodian Changzhou Thermal Power Plant was carried out, and multiple schemes and multiple conditions were considered in the analysis. Abstract:The flow and the pressure of the closed water pump are usually adjusted by valve, but this causes large amount of energy waste. The permanent magnetic speed control and the variable frequency speed control are oftenused water pump speed control technologies, and the energy conservation effects of the two methods are roughly equal. Considering from the angle of longtime operation, the economic benefit of the permanent magnetic speed controller reformation is lager than the frequency converter, and the system reliability can be improved. So, in energysaving speedcontrol reformation of the closed water pump in Huadian International Laizhou Power Plant, the permanent magnetic speed controller was selected to control of the flow and the pressure of the pump and to reduce the energy consumption. After the reformation, the closed water pump operated more stably, the power consumption was reduced obviously, and the expected effect was achieved.

Abstract:In a 30MW thermal power plant of China Huaneng Group, boilers’ flue gas temperature is overhigh, undermining boilers and electric dust collector efficiency. By installing low temperature fuel economizer body between the air preheater s outlet and the precipitator’s intake, and heating the drain tank with boiler waste heat to replenish water, flue gas temperature around the precipitator intake can be reduced, so can the unit economy and dust collector efficiency. After the application of system, flue temperature around the precipitator inlet has been successfully maintained between 90~95℃, and precipitator efficiency greatly improved.

Abstract:How to ensure the thermal insulating pipeline for steam pressure measurement without heat tracing to do not freeze in lowtemperature environment was researched. Using the Fourier heat conducting formula, the length of thermal insulating pipeline for steam pressure measurement was calculated. The heat transmits along the sampling pipe in the pipe axial direction. At the same time, the heat radiates out through the heat insulating layer in the radial direction, which causes the temperature of the sampling pipe to lower gradually. The heat released by temperature reducing of the sampling pipeline of the steam pressure transducer is equal to the heat radiated out through the heat insulating layer. Due to that the outdoor steam pressure measurement is widely used in project construction, to adopt the heat insulating method to ensure normal operation of the instrument and the pipeline without heat tracing is of greater significance. Obviously, the investment of this method is low, and the work amount of the construction is reduced.

Abstract:Some problems, such as sluggish and jam, occurred in the steam turbine governing system. The problems were analyzed, and it was confirmed that there were defects in the front bearing seat angular pin (plate) and the oil return pipe. In unit startup process, the defects can lead the front bearing seat to shift to left front direction, which will cause the rotor to be offcenter, the steam leakage in front steam seal right side to increase, and the heating expansion of the lever and support of the governing valve to be uneven. The sliding key system was adjusted, the equipment hidden danger was eliminated, and the normal operation of the unit was ensured.

Based on analysis of the burning characteristics, the burnout characteristics and the slagging characteristics of the coal, the feasibility to apply the plasma ignition system, to cancel the fuel oil system and to construct oilfree coalfired power plant is researched. Abstract:Three energysaving reformation schemes of condensate pump, which are to replace the motor, to reduce the stages of vane wheel of the pump and to install the frequency converter, were analyzed and researched. The analysis result shows that to install frequency converter is the best energysaving scheme for the motor. The principle and the technical indexes of the frequency conversion technology were expounded, and the practical effects and the economic benefit of the frequency conversion technology in motor energysaving reformation were described.
