Reformation of multistage water seal device for return water of feed pump sealing water

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The working principle of multistage water seal device for return water of the turbofeed pump sealing water in the 1000MW supercritical unit of Huilai Power Plant was introduced. The problems existing in design, installation and operation of the multistage water seal device were analyzed. A feasible reform scheme is developed and implemented. The longstanding problem of return water recovery of feed pump sealing water was solved.
