Analysis on condensate pump motor of energy saving reconstruction

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:Three energysaving reformation schemes of condensate pump, which are to replace the motor, to reduce the stages of vane wheel of the pump and to install the frequency converter, were analyzed and researched. The analysis result shows that to install frequency converter is the best energysaving scheme for the motor. The principle and the technical indexes of the frequency conversion technology were expounded, and the practical effects and the economic benefit of the frequency conversion technology in motor energysaving reformation were described.
