Application of low temperature economizer on 30MW unit

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In a 30MW thermal power plant of China Huaneng Group, boilers’ flue gas temperature is overhigh, undermining boilers and electric dust collector efficiency. By installing low temperature fuel economizer body between the air preheater s outlet and the precipitator’s intake, and heating the drain tank with boiler waste heat to replenish water, flue gas temperature around the precipitator intake can be reduced, so can the unit economy and dust collector efficiency. After the application of system, flue temperature around the precipitator inlet has been successfully maintained between 90～95℃, and precipitator efficiency greatly improved.
