Analysis and treatment of cracks on hydraulic turbine runner

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The hydraulic turbine runner is important part of the hydraulic turbine. The crack defect on runner blade can influence on safe and stable operation of the hydropower station. The treatment process of the crack on the runner blade of unit No.4 of Guangdong Yudean Liuxihe Power Generation Company Limited was introduced in detail. The actual reasons of the crack were found, and the crack defect was eliminated.
