Abstract:

Considering the harsh conditions, frequent faults and the high maintenance fee of the pressure control valve, a reform to the inner structure of pressure control valve was taken. It simulates flow field and stress of valve with ANSYS12.0, proves that the reform is stable and reliable.Success in implementing the valve in localization application of 600MW supercritical units is achieved.
