    In order to improve the efficiency of gas distributed energy system operation, a load optimal allocation model based on genetic algorithm is proposed. By establishing the accurate model of the unit characteristic curve and the intelligent load distribution model, the load of each unit is allocated reasonably and the profit of the distributed energy station is maximized. Using the optimal load distribution model, a distributing energy station on a Shanghai campus is optimized. The optimization results show that the model can greatly improve the comprehensive efficiency of generating units and integrated gross margin of the power station.

    According to service need of electric power information, PoSOA is developed as a onestop integrated information service system based on serviceoriented architecture (SOA).Inevitably, there are varied services with similar functions and service indicators (response time, available time, cost, etc.), since they are from different provides. This makes services selection and replacement difficult. Driven by the requirements of PoSOA, it presents a QoS property description model that helps to customize the description set of QoS properties with relevant problem domain for different applications, and provide better supports to service selection and exception handling in serviceoriented applications.     As to reheating turbine, high temperature reheat steam flow reheated in boiler goes through the IP and controlling valve before entering the IP cylinder, which secures the safety of the unit by controlling the intake. Normally, the IP control valve is not involved in load adjustment. But when there is a requirement for IP valve controlling from a unit, IP control valve should be able to adjust the reheating steam pressure as well as the steam flow for the purpose of engaging in heat supply regulation. According to the application example, the feasibility of IP control valve to regulate the heat supply is studied from the reheat steam parameters, the valve flow characteristics, the valve operation mode and the influence of the flow velocity design on the steam force. The results show that the technique of IP control valve’s engagement in heat supply regulations is feasible and has good effectiveness.

    After the overhaul of  #4 unit of a power plant, there has been 2 tile burning accidents on power generation exciter’s  #7 bearing bush in the startup process. According to analyze, abnormal temperature rise is not only related to large bearing load. The insufficient bearing load, poor contact between axle and bearing bush, the shake of bearing bush caused by large clearance which leads to no enough force to fasten, and dry grinding between bearing bush and axel caused by lacking oil film, can also lead to damage of bearing bush. Using the exclusion analysis method, it is concluded that the building oil film through increasing load is the key to solve the problem on  #7 bearing bush.

    In order to improve the support on the plasma ignition device from the coal pulverizing system, to solve the problem of the severe vibration of the coal mill under the condition below minimum output, a technological transformation plan of the frequency conversion of the coal mill is put forward. Frequency converter is installed onto the motor at the bottom of boiler’s coal mill. When the boiler starts, it remains the minimum coal feed volume of the coal mill unchanged. Decreasing the speed of the disc can reduce the output of coal pulverizing and meeting the requirements of the plasma ignition device. As the amount of coal is not reduced, the thickness of the coal layer on the grinding disc is guaranteed, and the coal mill would not vibrate obviously. The field practice results show that the matching degree of the coal pulverizing system and the plasma ignition system is significantly improved after the transformation, so does the running smoothness of plasma ignition device and operation of coal mill. Environmental benefits and economic benefits are good.

    It introduces the working principle of centrifugal dewatering machine, plateframe dewatering machine and stacked spiral dewatering filter by comparing their technical and economic indexes. It choose the stacked spiral dewatering filter as sludge dewatering equipment for a power plant’s purification station since its low cost, low energy consumption, and high dewatering efficiency. The low moisture content of mud cake and high sludge recycling rate can effectively reduce the sewage discharge of power plant.

    The designed capacity of second phase project of a wastewater treatment plant in Tianjin is 4.5×104m3/d. A2O process for denitrification and desulfurization is adopted in the biological treatment process. The effluent quality meet the primary standard grade A of 〖WTBX〗Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant 〖WTBZ〗(GB 18918—2002).The upgrading and reconstruction project improves the effluent quality to meet the Tianjin local primary standard,〖WTBX〗Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant 〖WTBZ〗(DB 12/599—2015).As the capacity remains unchanged,the original A2O tank was modified to AAOAO process (fivestage biological process). Furthermore, carbon source addingand bioselectors devices were installed into the biological process. After reconstruction, denitrification and desulfurization were significantly promoted, and the effluent quality meet the discharge standard steadily. The fivestage biological process has great popularization and application value in upgrading and reconstruction of urban wastewater treatment plant due to its advantages of no additional land occupation, short reconstruction period, low investment cost and stable effluent quality.
