Abstract

Abstract:

The inspection on DC resistance of electrical wire and cable is one of key projects of state grid material inspections. The resistance seriously affects the safety and efficiency of power supply. It summarizes the influence, brought by sample preparation process, bending degree, testing environment, clamps design and contact resistance, on the DC resistance value of electrical wire and cable in inspection. And it makes analysis on the further improvement of inspection accuracy.
