Abstract:

It introduces the working principle of centrifugal dewatering machine, plateframe dewatering machine and stacked spiral dewatering filter by comparing their technical and economic indexes. It choose the stacked spiral dewatering filter as sludge dewatering equipment for a power plant’s purification station since its low cost, low energy consumption, and high dewatering efficiency. The low moisture content of mud cake and high sludge recycling rate can effectively reduce the sewage discharge of power plant.
