Abstract:

In order to improve the support on the plasma ignition device from the coal pulverizing system, to solve the problem of the severe vibration of the coal mill under the condition below minimum output, a technological transformation plan of the frequency conversion of the coal mill is put forward. Frequency converter is installed onto the motor at the bottom of boiler’s coal mill. When the boiler starts, it remains the minimum coal feed volume of the coal mill unchanged. Decreasing the speed of the disc can reduce the output of coal pulverizing and meeting the requirements of the plasma ignition device. As the amount of coal is not reduced, the thickness of the coal layer on the grinding disc is guaranteed, and the coal mill would not vibrate obviously. The field practice results show that the matching degree of the coal pulverizing system and the plasma ignition system is significantly improved after the transformation, so does the running smoothness of plasma ignition device and operation of coal mill. Environmental benefits and economic benefits are good.
