Abstract:

A set of special tool for hoisting generator stator is introduced. It can be used with the Loxic hydraulic lifting device to lift stator, and shift the stator into place with the help of power plant bridge machine. The special tool has the advantages of simple combination, convenient installation and high structural rigidity. ANSYS Workbench software is used for the finite element analysis of each beam in the special tool. The maximum stress of each beam should be less than that of the material allowable stress and the intensity should meet the request for utilization. The application can be promoted in practical engineering project.
