Application of analytical techniques of vibration material level to ball mill

Abstract

Abstract:

In order to poach the potential of energy saving in pulverizing system, optimize operation mode, improve its output，reduce the unit consumption, and keep longterm safe economic operation under best working condition，it takes telemetry vibration analysis technique. The technique takes mill material level, entrance pressure, and exit temperature as control objects to comprehensively adjust coal feeder, hot air actuator and cold air actuator. Through parameter optimization and coordination control, it finally integrate the pulverizing system’s grinding, conveying and drying capacity regulating into a complete set of control system, which realizes the automatic control for coal pulverizing system.
