摘要:

为了提高机组运行的经济性、灵活性以及满足国家环保要求,对在役高能耗、高排放的燃煤机组进行综合升级改造非常有必要。以某600MW亚临界燃煤机组为研究对象,从改造方案、项目、效果等全方位研究此次综合升级改造,结果表明,改造后机组满足扩容至630MW的要求,锅炉效率较改造前提高0.20~0.70百分点,供热工况下供电煤耗已低于国家能耗指标300g/(kW·h),同时低负荷下选择性催化还原(SCR)入口烟气温度亦有较大程度改善。

Abstract:

In order to improve the economy and flexibility of units and meet environment requirements,it is necessary to upgrade and reconstruct energyintensive and highemission coalfired units. Taking a 600MW subcritical coalfired unit as researching object,the schemes,items and effects of the comprehensive upgrading were studied.The results indicated that the unit after reconstruction met the demands of the expansion to 630MW.Efficiency of the boiler has increased by 0.2%~0.7%, roughly and the net coal consumption rate under heating operation has been below 300g/(kW·h), the national standard.Meanwhile,the fluegas temperature at the SCR inlet during lowload running has been improved.
