    The water resource utilization and water business management situation of thermal power plants in China Huadian Co. Ltd. were described. The water resource developing and utilization, the water saving technique and the improving measures were discussed with comparison of water consumption index of thermal power plants in domestic and abroad. The influences of restriction of construction of thermal power plants by the environment protection policy and the scarcity of water resource were expounded, and some suggestions given in this paper are as following: taking the urban sewage re-using and seawater desalination as the future important water resource, drawing up the strategy of water resource reserve scientifically according to the general distribution of power plant sites and its development of whole group.

    The parameters of existing 1000MW Ultra-supercritical units were analyzed combining with the development tendency of the same units domestic and abroad. The recommended parameters for the project of Boxing Power Plant are as follow: 26.25MP and 600℃/600℃ for the ultra-supercritical turbine inlet, 27.56MPa and 605℃/603℃ for the related boiler. The evaporation capacity of boiler usually matches the working condition of VWO (valve widely open) of turbine. By analysis for the parameters of the pipe material, P91, P122 and T91 are selected for the main piping material for this 1000MW unit.

    The designed heat consumption rate of supercritical steam turbine generation unit has higher circulation thermo-economy, but sometimes this advantageous was not realized in practical operation. In this paper the author took a unit as an example, analyzed the influence of gland seal leakage in high pressure parts on economy of the unit, and gave some concrete influence values quantitatively, the results can be used as a reference for the similar units.

    The necessity of reducing the plant power consumption of 300MW CFB unit was analyzed. Some methods for reducing the house power consumption were introduced from aspects of management, technical reformation and operation mode optimization respectively. The technical difficult problems of the higher auxiliary power consumption rate in 300MW CFB unit were solved, and this is advantageous to the upsizing of CFB boiler capacity and its development in our country.

    The NOx emission control and system efficiency increasing of IGCC power plant were analyzed and calculated theoretically. The nitrogen dilution process and W+SCR process were compared in different aspects including thermal efficiency, technical risk and economical efficiency. The conclusion shows W+SCR is the most economical and reliable method at the present time for reducing NOx emission, in addition to this, the system efficiency can also be raised by using W+SCR method.

    To build the power market is for introducing competition mechanism in power industry, improving the production efficiency and lowering the power generation cost. According to the energy consumption characteristics curves gotten from operation data, the load optimal objective function and the restrained equation were constructed for thermal power unit. Based on the operation information of six units in one power plant, the optimum dispatch was realized among those units by using optimal algorithm, and the results, which were calculated by equal-microincreas rate method and Complex method, were compared and analyzed.

    Electronic instrument transformer has excellent characteristics compared with traditional electromagnetic one, but the AD sampler is separated with measurement, observation and control and protective device, and this leads that synchronized sampling became an important question influencing measuring accuracy. A survey algorithm without frequency tracking was put forward in this paper. The algorithm does not require entire station synchronization sampling, the electronic instrument transformer can operate at the standard fixed sampling period, its design can be simplified and the cost can be lowered greatly. the survey algorithm is to seek the data array characteristic obtained from analyzed message, then compute every demanded electric quantity, and the effective values of voltage and current by means of its peak to peak values detection, thus accomplish the power computation by zero point detecting to measure the frequency and phase difference.

    The high voltage power supply device of EP plays a significant role in adaptation of EP to operation condition and raising global function of EP. The features and functions of several domestic high voltage power sources were analyzed. A new high voltage power source control device of EP developed at home was introduced in detail. This device has advantages of effectively eliminating the damage of discorona, increasing the dust removal efficiency and lowering electrical energy consumption at large amplitude. It is pointed in the end of this paper that the high voltage power supply mode of spark automatic following, which has been used in our country widely for many years, is of great power and high energy consumption, and it should be replaced by efficiency-enhancing, energy-saving high voltage power supply mode, which has higher peak voltage, lower average voltage and smaller current, as soon as possible.

    Lowering coal quality will influence the stability of combustion seriously, and unstable combustion causes the significant changes of wall temperature in furnace and water level fluctuation in drum. This will led to the flame out not only during high-load operation, but also in stoppage process, which the unit has to shut-down unnormally because of big block of slag. The combustion conditions of #1, #2 and #4 boiler were compared with that of #3 boiler. The questions left over in burner reformation were analyzed and synthesized combining with the change of coal quality and the operation status of each burner. The reason of abnormal combustion condition of #3 boiler was finded out.

    The structure features of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical turbine produced by Siemens, the type of LP (low pressure) outer cylinder structure and its assemble welding procedures were introduced. The field-assembly and welding are the heavy work because the outer casing has large volume, many and long welding seams. The low quality of assembly and the large welding deformation would cause the clearance occurring in horizontal split, vacuum leakage and dislocation of bolt hole. The assemble welding technology was adopted in welding of top half and lower half of LP outer cylinder, so its deformation could be controlled in field-assembly. The main control points of melding in LP outer cylinder were described according to the control requirement.

    There was the problem of pulverized coal deposition in the primary air pipe of dual inlet and outlet ball mill of #7 boiler in Zouxian Power Plant, and the primary air inlet temperature was on low side. The present situation of the boiler was examined concern with design, installation, coal quality and other factors. Thus the causes of the coal deposition and lower temperature mentioned above were analyzed, and some preventive measures as well as suggestions were proposed in this article.

    The problem of integral saturation occurred in engineering application of PID controller which is most common in the computer control system was analyzed. Several anti-saturation methods were introduced. The simulation shows that the improved algorithm used in this thesis can eliminate the integral saturation effect better than the conventional one and is valuable in practical application.

The core technology of waste water purification for flushing slag water treatment system is flocculation and sedimentation, and the key point is control of addition dosage. The optimum flocculent quantity was determined by experiments and the good flocculation was obtained. In this system the modularized design idea was introduced, the functions of data collection, display and data transmission are all-in-one, this system has independent power supply, hand-hold operating, and convenient data transmission. This system can be used as a reference of wind speed detection system design in the industrial application.
