摘要: 简要介绍了整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)气化子系统中的德士古气化炉与壳牌气化炉的特点。分别论述了空分子系统对IGCC集成特性的影响、适合燃烧低热值煤气的燃气轮机的特点以及4种CO2捕捉方式,指出了制约IGCC快速发展的关键因素,最后指出,通过不断的研究和发展,IGGC将具有越来越强的竞争力。

Abstract: The characteristics of Texaco gasifier and shell gasifier in IGCC gasification subsystem are introduced briefly. The influence of air separation subsystem to the IGCC Integration characteristics was discussed, The features of gas turbine which is suited to burn low heat value syngas was also described. Four ways of carbon dioxide capture are analyzed. The key restrictive factors for IGCC faster development were pointed out. It was pointed out finally that the IGCC will have stronger and stronger competitiveness through continuous researching and development.
