摘要: 从锅炉运行实际情况及设备结构上分析了陡河发电厂850t/h炉金属管壁超温的原因,提出了运行操作上应采取的控制措施。指出控制炉膛出口烟温、努力消除炉内热偏差是控制锅炉金属管壁超温的关键。

Abstract: According to the practical operation condition and the structure of the 850t/h boiler of Douhe Power Plant, the overtemperature reason of metal pipe wall of the boiler was analyzed, and the control measures should be adopted in operation were put forward. It is pointed that to control the gas temperature of furnace outlet and to eliminate the furnace heat deviation are key measures for eliminating the overtemperature of metal pipe wall of the boiler.
