活性焦脱硫吸附塔气相流场分析

摘要: 采用数值计算方法研究活性焦脱硫装置中的矩形错流移动床吸附塔内部流场,结果表明,吸附塔入口结构对进气室内气流分布影响很大。活性焦层对烟气流场均布有一定作用,床层主反应核心区烟气呈一维流动且流场分布相对均匀,床层顶部料封段及底部料斗料封区烟气呈二维流动,顶部加料口空腔内有烟气流动。吸附塔入口增设导流装置,可达到优化烟气流场的目的。

Abstract: Using numeric calculation method, the flow field inside rectangular crossflow bed absorption tower of active coke desulphurization installation was studied. The result indicates that the entrance structure of absorption tower has large influence on air flow distribution of intake chamber. The active coke layer has certain effect for uniform distribution of flue gas flow field. The flue gas flow in main reactive core area of bed layer is onedimension flow, and the flow field distribution is relatively uniform. The flue gas flow in material seals at top of the bed and in the base of ash hopper is twodimensions flow. And a certain amount of flue gas flows in the feed inlet. Adding diversion devices in entrance of absorption tower is helpful for optimization of flue gas flow field.
