摘要: 对于采用炉底无渣井和关断门设计的华电襄樊发电有限责任公司600MW 超临界固态排渣锅炉而言,在捞渣机出现故障后,必须破坏炉底水封进行处理或放渣后重新启动,否则,只有停炉检修。在吸取前2次破坏水封放渣失败的经验教训基础上,总结制订了相应的措施,指导破坏水封处理捞渣机故障,未发生锅炉超温或主燃料跳闸的情况。

Abstract: For the 600MW supercritical units with boiler with dryash furnace of Huaian Xiangfan Power Generation Corporation Limited,there are no slag well and shut down valve at the furnace bottom, the water seal at the bottom has to be destroyed and the slag has to be discharged when the ashconveyor was breakdown, otherwise the boiler has to be shutdown for overhauls. Summing up the experiences and lessons of the former failures, the counter measures were developed, it has been avoided to boiler overtemperature and MFT in the ashconveyor faults.
