摘要/Abstract

摘要： 化石燃料价格的剧烈波动及人们对无污染能源需求的增长，促进了全球风电事业的飞速发展。清洁发展机制的引入可有效缓解中国风电项目投资不足的难题。通过分析项目实施流程和清洁发展机制开发流程的关系，提出了项目实施流程兼顾清洁发展机制的开发流程的模式，以期提高清洁发展机制项目开发的效率。

关键词: 风电, 清洁发展机制, 开发流程

Abstract: The fierce fluctuation of fossil fuel price and the peoples growing demand for clean energy have promoted the rapid development of global wind power. Clean development mechanism may effectively alleviate the lack of venture capital for the wind power projects. By analysis of relations between implementing flow of wind power project and the development flow of clean development mechanism project, a mode which gives overall consideration to implementing project flow and clean development mechanism project development flow was represented to increase the efficiency of clean development mechanism project development.
