翅片间距对单排管性能影响的数值研究

Numerical study about influence of fin spacing on the performance of single row tube

摘要: 单排管是直接空冷凝汽器的一种基本换热元件,单排管外空气侧的流动和传热性能研究,对于直接空冷凝汽器的优化设计具有重要的意义。利用计算传热学软件FLUENT,对不同翅片间距下单排管空气侧进行三维数值模拟,并对速度场、温度场进行分析和研究。可为直接空冷系统的优化设计提供参考。

Abstract: Single row tube is one kind of basic heat exchange element for direct air cooled condensers (ACC). The research on the flow and heat transfer performance in air side of the single row tube is of great importance for the optimal design of air cooled condensers. By using the FLUENT numerical heat transfer software, the three dimensional numerical simulation for air side of single row tube under the conditions of different fin spacing was accomplished, and its flow field and temperature field were analyzed and studied. The result can be used as reference for optimal design of direct ACC system.
