无旁路烟气脱硫装置运行可靠性探讨

摘要: 取消旁路是火电厂烟气脱硫行业发展的必然趋势,介绍了取消旁路烟气脱硫装置的2种典型的总平面布置方式,分析了取消旁路对机组及脱硫装置安全性的影响,提出了提高无旁路烟气脱硫装置运行可靠性及安全性的3种措施,最后对有、无旁路烟气脱硫装置的经济性进行了对比分析,指出无旁路脱硫装置费用远低于有旁路脱硫装置。

Abstract: To eliminate the bypass is an inevitable trend of flue gas desulphurization development in coal fired power plant. Two typical general arrangements of flue gas desulphurization equipment without bypass were introduced. The influence of elimination the bypass on the generator unit and flue gas desulphurization equipment was analyzed. Three measures for raising the reliability and safety of flue gas desulphurization equipment without bypass were proposed. Finally, the economical efficiency of flue gas desulphurization equipment with bypass and without bypass were compared and analyzed, and it was pointed that the cost of the flue gas desulphurization equipment without bypass is far lower than one with bypass.
