摘要: 频率测量在电力系统稳定控制中具有举足轻重的作用。分析了传统频率测量方法的局限性,提出以广域测量系统为基础,通过实时测量系统中各机组转速,进而计算出系统惯量中心频率的系统频率测量方法。

Abstract: The frequency measurement is of decisive significance in electric power system stability control. The limitations of the traditional frequency measurement method were analyzed. And based on the wide area measurement system, a new system frequency measurement method was proposed, in which the units rotate speed of the system was realtime measured, and then the frequency of system inertia center was calculated out.
