某电厂深度节能装置的设计、运行与试验

摘要: 介绍了山东某电厂 #4机组深度节能装置的主要设计特性与结构参数,给出了运行调试结果。试验结果表明,投用深度节能装置后,可降低锅炉排烟温度55~65℃,节省发电标准煤耗4.2~4.5g/(kW·h),节水15.5万t/年,年经济效益340万元。

Abstract: The main designed characteristics and structure parameters of the deep energy conservation equipment of #4 unit in a power plant in Shandong were introduced, and the commission and operation results were presented. The test results showed that putting this deep energy conservation equipment into operation would decrease the outlet gas temperature by 55~65℃, reduce the generation coal consumption rate by 4.2~4.5g/(kW·h), reduce water consumption by 155kt/year, and the annual economical benefit will be 3.40 million Yuan.
