摘要: 某热电厂50 MW机组励磁机轴瓦振动较大,影响机组安全运行。对振动特征和规律进行了研究和分析,认为故障原因是励磁机旋转整流器绝缘板与螺栓联接力不足造成绝缘板移动使轴瓦振动增大而导致振动过大。螺栓拧紧后,振动故障消除。

Abstract: The larger vibration of the exciter bearing bush of 50 MW unit in a thermal power plant influenced on the unit safe operation. The characteristics and the law of the vibration were researched and analyzed, and the fault reason has been determined that the connecting force between the rotating rectifier insulating board of exciter and the bolts was not sufficient, which causes the insulating board shifting and the bearing bush vibration increasing. After the bolts had been tightened up, the vibration fault was eliminated.
