超超临界汽轮发电机长轴系稳定性研究

摘要: 华电国际邹县发电厂1000MW超超临界汽轮发电机组轴系总长54.652m,过长的轴系对轴系稳定性提出了考验。为了验证机组轴系稳定性,进行了甩负荷试验、油温度变化试验和真空变化试验,对一系列的试验数据进行了分析,保证了机组轴系的稳定性,为汽轮发电机组轴系的优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract: The total length of shaft system of 1000MW ultra supercritical turbogenerator in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant is 54.652m, and the stability of the shaft system had been tested by too large shaft length. In order to verify the stability of unit shaft system, the load dump test, the oil temperature changing test and the vacuum changing test were down and a series of test data was analyzed, and the stability of the unit shaft was ensured. The results provide reference for optimal design of turbogenerator shaft system.
