摘要: 对某电厂300MW机组锅炉空气预热器控制系统的组成、原理和存在的问题进行了介绍,重点讨论了控制系统在控制电源切换或控制方式切换引起传动油泵跳闸时,使空气预热器联锁启备用电机条件不成立,从而导致空气预热器主、辅电机全停而引起RUN BACK的现象,提出了解决问题的技术改造方案。改造后,在进行控制电源切换时跳闸的传动油泵会自动启动,保证了空气预热器联锁启备用电机的条件。

Abstract: The composition, the principle and existing problems of the boiler air preheater control system in the 300MW unit of a power plant were introduced. Before the reformation, when the power supply or the control mode of the control system was switched over, the driving oil pump often tripped; and the tripping caused that the condition of the standby motor of the air preheater interlocking start was false, the main motor and standby motor were stopped all, and this caused the “Run Back” operation. The defects were discussed emphatically. The technical reformation scheme for solving the problems was put forward. After the reformation, when the control power supply was switched over, the tripped driving oil pump will start up automatically, and the interlocking starting condition of the standby motor of air preheater was ensured. 
