摘要: 在凝结水泵变频改造工作中,为优化除氧器水位控制系统的技术指标,在水位调节阀全开之后,尝试运用无扰切换至变频器控制水位的新方法,减少阀门节流损失,降低了凝结水泵电耗,经济效益显著。

Abstract: In the variable frequency reformation of the condensate pump, for optimizing the technical indicators of the water level control system of the deaerator, after the water level adjusting valve was fully opened, as a trial, the water level control was switched over without disturbance to the frequency converter control. The new method can reduce the throttling loss of the valve and the power consumption of the condensate pump, and obtain favorable economical benefit.
