摘要： 分析了丹江口水力发电厂 #5发电机定子线棒在耐压试验中放电起火的原因，介绍了具体的处理方案及该方案的实际运用效果。用正确的工艺方法将定子线棒防晕层处理合格后，能够保证机组安全、可靠运行。

Abstract: The reasons of discharging and firing of the generator No.5 stator bar of Danjiangkou Power Plant during the highvoltage holding test were analyzed. The concrete treatment scheme and the practical effects of the scheme were introduced. After the anticorona layer of the bar was treated using correct technology, the safe and reliable operation of the unit can be ensured.
